Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions listed below are applicable to placing of orders or making purchases on our website. By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  1. For purchasing from our website, the following steps need to be taken:
    • Click on the products you wish to purchase
    • Input the quantity of products and click on "Add to Cart"
    • Once you’re done with adding all your desired products, click on the cart
    • Upon clicking the cart, you can review your order, modify the order if needed, share your payment and delivery details and click on "confirm payment"
    • You will then be taken to a payment gateway for processing your payment. Once the payment has been processed, you won’t be able to modify the order
    • We will send you an order confirmation email, as a confirmation of your order within 24hours.
    • Once the payment is successful and we are ready to process your order, we will send a shipping notification by email.
    • If we are unable to meet your order because of unavailability of product, we will send an email informing you of the same. You will have the option to make a partial order or cancel the order entirely within 24 hours of receiving our email.
    • If you cancel the order, we will send an order cancellation mail to you.
  2. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. In the event we are cancelling an order, we will be informing you via the email provided at the time of ordering.
  3. You agree to provide current and accurate information while making purchases from our e-commerce website. You also agree to proactively update your account information, including your delivery address, email address and credit card details, so we can complete your transaction accordingly.
  4. The price of the products is listed on the website. The price is in Indian National Rupee (INR) and includes taxes as applicable.
  5. We reserve the right to change product prices or discontinue any products anytime without any prior notice.
  6. Our website has a large number of products, and it is possible that prices for some of the products may be incorrect. If there’s any mispricing, we are not liable to supply products at the incorrect price.
  7. Products are not sold on our site for resale purposes. Where we consider an order has been placed for resale or non-domestic purposes, we have the right to refuse orders.
  8. The terms and conditions listed on our website may be updated from time-to-time.
  9. All credit/debit card transactions are subject to authorization of the card issuer. If the issuer does not authorize payments for a particular order, your order will not be completed by us.
  10. We will make all efforts to meet any agreed date of shipment. However, we shall not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by you due to any failure in meeting the estimated shipping date.
